Many tobacco smokers question if electronic cigarettes are actually good for their health and the simply truth is... no, nothing can replace fresh prairie air, a daily exercise routine and a healthy balanced diet… although should it be a case of using an electronic cigarette as an alternative to your daily 20 cigarettes, many would agree, yes, they are very much a better alternative.
