''Hey mate, I started smoking when I was 16 gave up at 22 for 9 years then went on my honey moon at 31 to Thailand bought a few duty free cigars and cigarette to have on my honey moon as a novelty then got back and saw it as no harm to have a couple here and then before I knew it, 15-20 a day for approx 6 months  then close to 20-25 a day for a further 6-8 months, most of the time hating what I was doing and hiding the fact that I smoked to my employer, friends and customers, then I  tried to cutdown/stop because I felt so guilty for starting again. I guess I was too confident that I could stop easily.  Anyway, a truck driver friend told me about TC and I bought a start up pack (TC Flight II and 2.4% golden tobacco cartridges) and loved it and did not touch a cigarette for the the few days I had the electronic ones, but then I ran out of cartridges and he could not supply me anymore.  I was spewing as I really thought I had found a real alternative to this annoying problem and I started smoking again and trying to find a way to get some of those cartridges.  I went to my local markets and there they were some stupid copy but I thought why not and they were crap which really frustrated me.  I soon turned to your website and had another look but I had never really contacted someone before online and you are so far away.  I was on 20-25 cigarettes a day at this time and had to sort this problem out when you replied so quick then the painful wait then without sounding too pathetic I was so pumped when it arrived, not sure, I think it was at least 4 months ago and  haven't had nor cared for a cigarette since and find I don't crave the TC like normal cigarettes.

Sorry for the long email, just an inside to my story I thought you might find it interesting as your product has had such an impact on me and I can honestly say I will not smoke a cigarette again no bloody way!  Thanks!

''Due to an extended stay in hospital where I would be bed-bound I purchased the Total Cigarettes Topflight kit to make my stay more comfortable. This has proven to be an excellent decision. During my three week stay I have not once felt the craving to go for a cigarette.
