Section 1. The Basics: What is a Total Electronic Cigarette?
A Total Cigarette (TC) is a premium quality nicotine inhaler, commonly referred to as an electronic cigarette or an e-cig. It is comprised of three parts: The battery (rechargeable), the atomizer (heating element) and the cartridge (replaceable mouth piece that holds the liquid solution).
When you take a draw on the TC, the atomizer heats a nicotine (optional) liquid which provides a vaporized solution which closely resembles smoke when exhaled. Dispatch & Delivery
When your order has been placed and the payment terms completed, you will receive an automated email with details of your order. Orders received before 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) typically will be prepared, dispatched and sent on the same day. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email quoting your order number and related information.
Express delivery is next day delivery to the UK / Spain and usually 2 days for most of Europe. Our agents/courier will ensure a signature is received upon delivery to ensure a safe and effective service is provided.
Regular Royal Mail deliveries unfortunately cannot be tracked although can be traced to the destination country and final delivery point should there be any cause for concern. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery although allow a minimum of 10 working days before contacting us as the order may simply be delayed with Gibraltar Royal Post.
Every effort is provided to ensure a high quality experience is provided by Total Electronic Cigarettes Ltd. although we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery times. Should local duty taxes be required, they are payable by the customer upon collection or delivery.

Q. Are electronic cigarettes cheaper than traditional cigarettes?
A. TC electronic cigarettes, combined with our refillable cartridges, are the cheapest way to 'smoke'. The flexibility to purchase 'affordable' replacement cartridges or even our e-liquid allows you to use our products with flexibility and comfort. On average cartridges and e-juice workout to less than £10.00 for the equivalent of 200 traditional tobacco cigarettes.
Q. Are electronic cigarettes safe?
A. At Total Electronic Cigarettes Ltd. we believe you should do as much research as possible to satisfy your questions. Should it be a choice of continuing a 20 a day habit or using TC electronic cigarettes as an alternative, the majority of professionals would agree the change would be positive. We only use Vegetable Glycerin as a base for all TC nicotine liquids and work closely with our factories to ensure hygienic and extra quality control measures are always in place. Q. Can I really smoke anywhere with your products?
A. Traditional smoking restrictions typically stem from the second-hand smoke released by the combustion of tobacco. Our products do not contain tobacco, nor do they use combustion processes. The 'smoke-like' substance is in fact mostly water vapour, and therefore our products can and are used almost anywhere smoking is banned.
